From ruins to a renaissance. When the Vistula factory in Łańcut was closed in 2002 year no one expected salvation. For decades, high-quality clothing had been made here, but the world was changing, and orders were dwindling. Only 300 people with a passion for tailoring remained—and without jobs. Then Michał Ciąpała appeared. An entrepreneur who knew nothing about sewing, but he had something else: intuition and faith in people. He listened. He believed. He invested. This wasn't an investment in real estate. It was an investment in the people he found. There were no ready-made solutions; He learned with them and from them, rebuilding not only structures but also trust, energy, and a sense of purpose. There were no spectacular breakthroughs. There was daily work. They were building from scratch—a new-format company where traditional tailoring meets modern MTM. Today, that same hall is bustling with activity—but unlike the modern manufacturer MTM, which combines the expertise of tailors with the technology and digitalization demanded by brands. Instead of mass production, we create custom-made suits for the most demanding brands. We serve clients from Germany, France, Denmark, and across Europe who value quality, flexibility, and a collaborative approach. Today, we are growing alongside brands that think outside the box.
