Can I order very small series of products?
Yes. We work with brands and boutiques that need even a few pieces, especially for labor-intensive models. Our processes are optimized for short runs and MTM.
How long does it take to process an MTM order?
Standard lead time for half-canvas is 3 weeks. We arrange individual deadlines for short runs.
Do I need to have experience in tailoring to start working with you?
Our technologists are available also after implementation. If you are unsure about the design of the structure, adjustments to the silhouette or fitting of a specific element – you can contact us for.
Does MTM industrial give the same fit as tailor, or will I be disappointed?
Not to the end – but that is not at all a disadvantage. MTM means that the base model is adjusted to the dimensions of a specific customer, taking into account their body shape, preferences and adjustments. Good MTM gives you excellent fit already after your first order, aesthetics of tailoring similar to bespoke if you work with an experienced partner. It gives you an automated process which ensures a shorter lead time, repeatability and scalability at a more affordable price. Sewing at a tailor’s is a process that is entirely manual, starting with a paper pattern from scratch, many fittings and manual shaping of the design on the customer. Good MTM industrial solutions are a conscious alternative -faster, scalable, without loss of quality fit.
Can I use my own fabrics?
Yes. We offer the possibility of storing/keeping your fabrics after prior agreement. Your fabrics will be assigned to your account in the systemfreely select them with every order MTM.
What does quality control look like?
Each product undergoes inspection at several stages:
– after cutting
– inspection of details and dimensions before starting assembly
– checking dimensions after sewing
– inspection final after ironing before shipping

Questions about products
What if I am not sure how to interpret the customer's profile?
Our B2B has built-in sketches and technical descriptions that will help you confirm your assumptions and select the appropriate corrections. You are not left alone with the decision – you can always consult the case with our technologist.
Can I order the creation of my own labels, finishes, boxes?
Of course. We offer full private label services – you can commission us to produce labels, internal markings, labels, tags.
Can I have control over the details of the product?
Yes. In our B2B system, every detail – from the width of the lapels ,the height of the collar, the construction of the sleeves to colour thread last buttonhole on sleeve – you can save as the standard for your brand. We do not impose ready-made designs – we adapt to your vision.
Can I choose the method of sewing the sleeve?
Yes. We offer various types of sleeves –we can produce La spalla camicia, con rollino, soft shoulders, roman style shoulders, roped shoulders etc.
